Dinner #3: Calzones with Rhodes Rolls

I've had several Rhodes Rolls coupons in my possession for a long while... like 2 years. They were about to expire so I went to the grocery store and conveniently enough, Rhodes brand everything was on sale. I stocked up! Now we have hundreds of little frozen rolls so I've been trying new things with them.

These calzones were incredible. We used whatever we had around as filling. (Spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce, string cheese instead of shredded mozzarella, etc.) They turned out fabulous - we've already made them twice!

About Us...

Jeff and I met in Provo, UT on May 1, 2006 playing volleyball on Stadium Terrace’s humble sand volleyball court. A few weeks later we started dating and now we’ve been married for 5 years! We both graduated from BYU in April 2009 and moved to Denver shortly thereafter. We have an adorable, talkative, three-year-old boy, Austin, who keeps us entertained and loving life. Jeff finished graduate school at the University of Denver in 2010 and started a job as an auditor with the public accounting firm McGladrey in November 2010. I have the pleasure of being a stay-at-home mom and am so grateful that I am able to be with Austin all day.
